About This Course

BA (Hons) Business Management – 24 months aims to provide a coherent, broad based programme of study of business organisations and their management within the context of a changing external environment. It will help develop self-aware, reflective students who take responsibility for their own learning and demonstrate a responsibility to fellow learners.  It would also develop a range of intellectual and practical skills that will enable graduates to add-value within the workplace and provide assessment and project-based tasks that allows students to apply knowledge and skills appropriately within an authentic context.

Learners must possess:

  • Relevant NQF / QCF / RQF Level 3 Award / Diploma, OR
  • Any other equivalent qualification, OR

    The BA (Hons) Business Management – 24 months undergraduate degree programme consists of 2 Stages.

    Stage 1: 240 Credits earned

    This stage is delivered by London School of Business and Research.  The programme involves delivery through on-line Learning Management System (LMS). This stage leads to award of Diploma in Business Management – Level 4 and Level 5 which is accredited by Ofqual, UK. Credits earned at this stage – 240 credits.

    • Introduction to Business Functions (20 credits)
    • Introduction to Quantitative Methods (20 credits)
    • Introduction to Business Communication (20 credits)
    • Business Environment (20 credits)
    • Research and Academic Writing (20 credits)
    • Business Ethics (20 credits)
    • Business Law (20 credits)
    • Accounting for Managers (20 credits)
    • Strategic Marketing (20 credits)
    • Project Management (20 credits)
    • Human Resource Management (20 credits)

    Total Assignments to be submitted: 12 Assignments

    Successful completion of Stage 1 leads to Progression to Stage 2

    Stage 2: 120 Credits earned

    Delivered by the University / awarding body. On completion of the diploma programme you progress / Top up with Degree through a UK University for progression to the BA (Hons) in Business Management degree. The stage 2 is delivered via distance learning by faculties from the University / awarding body. Credits earned at this stage – 120 credits (60 ECTS). Completion of Stage 2 leads to award of BA (Hons) in Business Management Undergraduate Degree

    Assessment is through coursework. Successful completion of Stage 2 leads to award of Degree by the university.

  • The assessment is done via submission of assignment.
  • There are no written exams.
Stage 1 – 240 Credits (Delivered by LSBR)
The programme involves delivery through on-line Learning Management System (LMS). This stage leads to award of Level 4 and Level 5 Diploma in Business Management which is accredited by Ofqual, UK. Credits earned at this stage – 240 credits.
Stage 2 – 120 Credits
Stage 2 would be delivered and assessed by the University through virtual learning platform and the BA (Hons) Degree will be validated and awarded by the University of Chichester, and is provided through our partner LGS.
